Blade Component

We don’t shy away from any challenge due to which over the years we have become expert in casting of bulky components with complex design and intricate shape in high volume . We have done bulky casting in Cast iron , WCB, as well as gunmetal and very specific grades of brass with the castings weighting up to 75kgs and in high volume . We meticulously plan on the specific process which has to be carried out when we approach bulky castings and take time in sampling before going into before going on full scale production.

Stainless Steel Diffuser Housing

Many of things like specific fixtures, high capacity wax injection press (15ton), big volume slurry mixer ( diameter 1500mm), sand rainfall machine with diameter 1650mm, specially designed autoclave for big components and customized trolleys for material movement of such large castings at each stage is already in place at our factory. With a team that has gained much experience over so many years in bulky casting we assure you we can get your casting done in record lead times without compromising on quality.
